We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the mountains with a scenic mountain river nearby. We were able to enjoy peaceful walks and even go on a trek to the countryside. The hotel's flats were extremely comfortable and well-equipped, with a fully functional kitchen that had all the necessary equipment. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The location of the hotel is beautiful and serene, nestled in the mountains and next to a scenic river. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. One advantage was being able to explore nearby Lienz and Italy through easy excursions.
The hotel lacked hospitality. The owners charged extra fees for small children, and were unaccommodating when it came to kitchen usage.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location was fantastic, with beautiful mountain views and a nearby river for trekking. The hotel facilities were impressive, including comfortable flats with well-equipped kitchens. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of everything in the flat. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located for excursions to nearby cities and Italy.

The location was beautiful with scenic views, but unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. the room was lacking basic amenities such as a hair dryer and the breakfast was poor. One could possibly ask for a hair dryer and simple breakfast choices, like bread, were fresh. But the owners were quite greedy, charging extra fees for a 4, year, old and 2, year, old and not allowing usage of the room's kitchen without additional charges.

Spending Xmas at a cozy accommodation with beautiful scenery was amazing. Loved being surrounded by mountains and a river. the kitchen was fully equipped and made it easy to cook for ourselves. the homemade breakfast provided us with fresh produce and we were able to enjoy local dairy products too.
The check-out process was not pleasant. the staff was rude and unaccommodating about us leaving one hour later than expected.
